This "am I pretty" test answers with measurements instead of opinions from strangers. It rates symmetry, proportions, eyes, lips and jawline on a 1–10 pretty scale using female reference ranges and shows your strongest feature first. The photo is analyzed on your device and never stored or uploaded.
What makes a face pretty?
Research on facial attractiveness keeps finding the same few ingredients: faces close to the population average in their proportions, good symmetry, clear and even skin, and for women, features that read as feminine — fuller lips, a smaller jaw and chin, higher brows and larger-looking eyes. Expression matters too: a relaxed, warm expression is rated more attractive than a neutral one by most people.
This test measures the geometric part of that list from your photo — proportions, symmetry and feminine features — using reference ranges for women. Skin, makeup, hair and expression are left out on purpose, because they change from day to day and photo to photo.
Am I pretty? How this test answers
Asking strangers online or friends gets you opinions that change with mood and politeness. This test gives a measured answer instead:
- It maps 478 landmarks on your face in your browser and corrects small head tilts.
- It scores symmetry, eyes, jawline, proportions, facial thirds, golden ratio, femininity (dimorphism) and harmony against female reference ranges.
- It combines them into a 1–10 pretty score, calibrated so a typical photo lands around 6, and shows your strongest feature first.
The photo never leaves your device, and the same photo always gets the same score.
Pretty scale: what your score means
On this scale, 5–6 is where most women land with a good photo, 6–7 is above average, 7–8 attractive, 8–9 very attractive and 9+ striking. Many "pretty scale" sites score generously, so a 6 here can be the same face as an 8 elsewhere. If your score surprises you, check the photo first: a close, high-angle selfie can cost a full point.
How to look prettier in photos
- Shoot at eye level or very slightly above, from arm's length or further — close selfies widen the nose.
- Face soft daylight from a window; overhead light deepens under-eye shadows.
- Relax your face and smile with your eyes rather than a wide grin if you want warmth without distorting proportions.
- Brows matter more than most features: even, defined brows frame the eyes and improve perceived symmetry.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I am pretty?
Friends are polite and strangers are inconsistent, so a measured answer helps: this test scores your proportions, symmetry and features against female reference ranges and shows your strongest feature. Remember that skin, style and expression — which it does not score — matter a lot in person.
What is a good score on a pretty scale?
On this calibrated scale, 5–6 is average, 6–7 above average, 7–8 attractive and 8+ very attractive. Many pretty-scale sites score generously, so the same face can get a 6 here and an 8 elsewhere.
Is this "am I pretty" test the same as a quiz?
No. Quizzes ask about you; this test measures your face from a photo using 478 landmarks, so the same photo always gets the same result.
Do you upload or store my photo?
No. Scoring and measurement run entirely in your browser: the face model downloads to your device and your photo never leaves it. Only the AI Analysis tools (such as age or color analysis) send a photo to our server, and they say so before you upload.
